Electrum is a popular wallet software that is used by many people to receive, send and manage their Bitcoins. If you wish to receive Bitcoins to your wallet, you will need to give people an address so that they know where to send them.
In order to know your Bitcoin address, open your wallet in Electrum. You should see something like this:

Click on the tab named Addresses. You should see something like this:

Most people will have multiple addresses in their wallet, which are going to be labeled as receiving or change. You can give people any receiving address, but it’s best not to use the same address all the time. This is because all transactions are public and if you always use the same addresses, this could lead to privacy issues. For instance, someone could easily figure out the number of Bitcoins you hold.
In theory, you can also give people change addresses, but you should avoid this. They are meant to be used internally by Electrum. As such, let it decide when and how to use them.
To copy an address, right-click on it. Then, left-click on Copy Column and on Address.
